Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, St Ives town, and great shopping spots. The rooms offered a breathtaking view and the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The only downside was the lack of proper air conditioning, making the room quite hot even with a small fan.
The hotel's location is superb, ideal for accessing the beach, town, and enjoying leisurely walks along the South Coast West path. Although the room setup was not practical, and it was not fully prepared for evening guests, the service provided by the staff, especially Federico Aresti, was exceptional with a warm and helpful attitude. The dining experience was a mix of excellent views but slightly understaffed service. The facilities boasted a relaxing spa area with impressive views, while the hilltop location offered stunning vistas of St Ives.
The hotel was on the small side but nicely decorated and fully modernized. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent. However, it was in need of a refurb.
The hotel has some charming quirks in its decor but might feel slightly overpriced for the additional room upgrade cost. The views showcased on the website are impressive, though.
The hotel offers rooms with great views and super style and comfort, despite being very small and overpriced. The overall cleanliness is decent but could be improved. Guests may be affected by traffic noise. The welcoming service, especially from Marina, stands out, although some areas were less helpful. The location is fantastic, ideal for beach access and exploring the town of St Ives. Dining, while generally good, may have some room for improvement at busy times. The hotel boasts lovely facilities but may be perceived as pricey.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were tiny and noisy with views of the street but the convenient location and helpful service made up for it. The dining experience had its flaws, but the facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained.
